The data entry of this national project was started on Jan 1, 1999 and formally this project was inaugurated by the Commissioner , Bareilly Division, Bareilly Sri Deepak Singhal, _IAS on 20 March 1999. The contract of data entry was taken by a private agency . The work was very closely monitored by us and office hours were extended to 8 AM to 8 PM (12 hours) in work interest. Meanwhile the printouts of fed khataunies was taken also and given to Lekhpals for checking . The total data entry was completed in a record period about 9 months and all entries were made error free in next one month. So the all data entry of this project was completed on 31 October 1999. So that this project was implemented successfully and data is made available to general public for which purpose this project was initiated by the Govt. Of India. Nakal of khataunies is provided to public on demand with Challan of Rs.2/- only. District Magistrate appriciated the work done by us in writing.

2.ELECTIONS - a) Lok Sabha General Election 1999 - Duty Deployment Computerisation & Result Transmission:

On the same pattern and practice we were performed in last election held in 1993,1995,1996,1998, we completed the duty deployment work fully computerised for polling personnels & counting staff. The roundwise trends & result of the election were also transmitted to ECI New delhi as well as to Doordarshan.

A system was developed for the vehicle movement for the purpose of General election 1999.

b) Transport management system

c)  General Local Body Election 2006-Duty Deployment and Counting Duty Deployment by self developed EPD System

d) General Legislative Assembly Election 2007 -Duty Deployment and Counting Duty Deployment as well as Vehicle movement by Election Polling Personnel Deployment System proposed by NIC. Also result of the election were also transmitted to ECI New delhi as well as to Doordarshan.

3. RESULT FORMATION OF GROUP III EMPLOYEES :

One other important and confidential work was assigned to us was of result formation of Group III employees of different departments like food and civil supplies , Treasury , Gram Vikas Adhikari , Gram Panchayat Adhikari and Steno to CDO. We completed it successfully well in time.

4. TREASURY COMPUTERIZATION:

This project is successfully running and NIC have to look after day to day problems. Now the Pension & GIS are also included in this project. A separate computer center for Treasury Pilibhit established in 1996 and now the all section/functions of the treasury have been computerized. We trained all staff/officers of treasury and solving day to day problems. INPUT forms are transmitted to Treasury HQ Lucknow.

5. STATISTICAL MAGAZINE COMPUTERIZATION:

This Magazine for 1994,1995,1996,1997 & 1998  were pulished and graphs were prepared successfully . This helps a lot in decision making for base planning and also benefitted to research scholers.

6. INDIRA AWAS YOJNA:

Target distribution and beneficiary wise amount distribution and monitoring for next installment of approximately 5000 candidates. It helps to identify the right candidate and used the BPL survey data in this regards.

7. CHIEF MINISTER PRIORTY PROGRAM

Monitoring of priorty programmes e.g link road, electric dues , sunishit rojgar yojna and district plan.

8. MPLADS, EAS, VMN & JGSY

We have developed a s/w for monitioring the above all schemes performance funded by DRDA Pilibhit working agency wise. We ranked the agency depending their performance and this helps Administration to keep close watch on defaulter agencies.

9. OLD AGE AND WIDOW PENSION:

Developed for monitoring of old age and widow pension including bank advice. This helps rapid distribution of the pension to the old age citizens.

10. BPL SURVEY:

As per the instructions of NIC State Unit, this survey data was fed and transmitted to NIC State Unit Lucknow. We also have generated different reports for other planning for development in right way in the district.

11. PAY PACKAGE FOR STATE GOVERNMENT :

A software for the employees of state government was implemented in all the departments which are having their own systems and subsequently training was also given to the concerned employees to handle the software. The salary of some departments including collectorate staff is processed at NIC Pilibhit, for which a class-3 employees is attached with NIC Pilibhit.

12. HANDICAPPED CAMP:

A health camp was organised for the welfare of handicapped persons in the district by Mrs. Maneka Gandhi, Hon. Union Minister of state. The registration work of this camp was computerized which made the camp very successful.

13. ARMS LICENSING:

This project is running for the last couple of years successfully , a thorough checkup of all the license holders was done from the existing registers and the discrepencies were removed. Generated various reports regarding arms time to time as per need of district administration.

14. TERM LOAN FOR MINORTIES:

All the applications for term loan by the minority section of the society were sorted according to the trade for which the loan was required by the applicant and required reports were generated.

15. PAYROLL OF BASIC SHIKSHA:

This software is successfully running for the last four years for approximately 3000 teachers and employees of Basic Education. An employee from BSA Office is attached with NIC Pilibhit on regular basis. He also helped us in other projects time to time.

16. JGSY (Previously known as JRY) FUND ALLOCATION:

As per the previous years, this year also the fund allocation of the amount is done and the letters to Gram Pradhans were generated in which all the details like name of Bank/Branch was mentioned were generated. In addition to this Bank advices were also generated.

17. DEVELOPMENT REPORTS :

Most of the development sections/schemes have been computerized including Ambedkar Yojna , Indira Awas yojna, NVAY, IRDP, BIOGAS, Panchayat Raj Office etc. Their MPR also sent to Lucknow every month.

18. DATA TRANSMISSION WORK

Transmission of MPRs and other e-mails of many departments are done regularly to their HQs.
